This conference is targeted at civil court judges and judges of the Federal Patent Court who deal with patent litigation.
The aim of the conference is to give participants the opportunity to look in-depth at current legal issues from Germany and at the European level. Apart from presentations on current topics, different approaches and perspectives will be elucidated in working groups and discussions with representatives from the various branches of the jurisdiction as well as with patent system users.
