The seminar is open to judges and prosecutors with a specialization in this field. The participants will debate problems relating to: possibilities of improving the judicial system in the specific field of minors’ protection (civil/family law and criminal law), pointing out the problems which usually appear in handling these cases and promoting new ways of dealing with under-aged persons in courts. The activities will be organized on modules both in civil/family and criminal law, a special emphasis being laid on interactive debates, free expression of opinions and the presentation of the national experience concerning each topic.

For this seminar NIM is covering accommodation and meals for all the participants. International transport will remain in the charge of each participant.
