Context:
This training will provide an update of recent scientific research on 3 aspects of juvenile delinquency:

  • its origins (family and school factors, the dynamics of peer groups, the question of gangs, the characteristics of “sensitive zones"
  • its institutional handling (from apprehension to judicial decision and its implementation)
  • its forms and their evolution over the last 20 years 

Pedagogy:
Drawing on research conducted by CESDIP and its scientific networks, this training will also look at the work done by our European neighbours.
