Public economic law, in particular the legislation on subsidies and on state aid, is becoming increasingly significant.This topic has a great number of different links with European law and is of equal importance to the administrative, civil, and – at least insofar as the legislation on subsidies in concerned – financial jurisdiction.
The conference not only deals with the European law on subsidies but also with its implementation or continued application at the national level. There will be a visit to the European Court of Justice in Luxemburg.
