The seminar invites to discussion on recent legislative acts, recent case law and current policies that reflect a new stage in the development of the EU itself.
The debate will revolve around key concepts of EU antidiscrimination law, the scope and enforcement of EU antidiscrimination provisions and how the EU rules are applied by the national judges.
