The conference is targeted at criminal court judges and public prosecutors. The following topics will be addressed in lectures, discussions, working groups and through exchanges of experiences:
- Structural forms and typical conduct by offenders
- Organisational measures on the part of the police and the justice system to combat organised crime
- New means and methods of investigation and search
- Specific problems at the main hearing
- Witness protection
- Siphoning off of proceeds and forfeiture of assets
- Co-operation between the police and the justice system and other institutions
- International cooperation.
