Background:
This session seeks to present an overview of private international law. It will study the basic notions in terms of conflict of laws and conflict of jurisdictions and then the main international conventions.
Course teaching method:
The training is intended to be practical and will deal extensively with disputes which fall under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts and will be based on concrete situations drawn from cases chosen as representative examples.
