Termination may be ordered or recorded by a court of law, it may be unilateral or result from a contractual clause; the effects of the termination may be covered by the ordinary law of obligations or by specific provisions. Serious issues may arise, such as restitution. If the termination is wrongful or unreasonable, the injured party may be able to claim damages, which will be determined by a court of law.
