Context: This session will, after a general historical and philosophical review, look at the problem of testifying from several angles:
• psychology of testifying
• credibility in testifying
• knowledge and technologies available to analyze testimony

 
Pedagogy: The inter-professional character of the session will be reinforced by opening it to professionals who are directly or indirectly concerned by this theme. This will encourage an enriching exchange among them. 
 
This session will present the most recent reflections on the subject through the participation of specialists of different backgrounds (philosophy, history, physician, judge, police and scientists)
