Annual Programme of Training Activities calendar now available

Tuesday, January 24, 2012

  • New programme calendar to facilitate the access to information on EJTN’s projects and programmes.
  • Further actions, such as new project logos and refreshing the landing page of EJTN’s website, will further assist the dissemination of information.

EJTN has produced its first comprehensive overview of upcoming programmes and activities for the year ahead. It has been drafted in accordance with article 5.1. of EJTN’s Articles of Association taking into account those activities approved by the General Assembly in Budapest in 2011 and those included in the FPAs (Framework Partnership Agreement) submitted in 2008 to the European Commission.

The new Annual Programme of Training Activities programme calendar provides a month-by-month view to the training courses, seminars, conferences and events to be held in 2012. The programme calendar provides the dates, the hosting member and the promoter of each event. Some 43 events are already posted to the programme calendar.

A comprehensive source of information
With such an ambitious year of activities planned, the programme calendar is designed to benefit EJTN’s Membership by providing one comprehensive and easily-accessible source of information for upcoming events. The calendar will be updated as needed.

The programme calendar also reveals something else: new project and programme logos. Each EJTN project and programme now has its own distinct logo.

Refreshing the website
Furthermore, EJTN has embarked on a plan to refresh the front page in order to facilitate the access to information on EJTN’s projects and programmes. The refreshed page will feature the Annual Programme of Training Activities as well as a new section bringing together the logos and links to all of EJTN’s projects and programmes.

With the Annual Programme of Training Activities programme calendar and refreshed website, EJTN is working hard to disseminate information more efficiently and to deliver more value for Members and sponsors alike. EJTN thanks its Membership and the European Commission for their continued support of the network.
