Training the Trainers

Welcome to the Training the Trainers project section!
In the framework of the Training the Trainers’ (TT) actions, the competent TT subgroup is composed by the following countries: Germany, Finland, Italy, Latvia, The Netherlands and Romania.
For 2013, the scheduled TT activities will consist of the organisation of three seminars. All of them will focus on judicial training practices, methodologies and tools in order to share best practices, materials and experiences on judicial training activities across the EU judiciary.
The first seminar will held in July (in Gemany) and will concern the topic "Specialised modules on continuous training". The second event will be organised in October (in Italy) and will concern "Initial Training". The last seminar will be held in dceember (in Belgium) and will deal with training and linguistics.
The audience of these events is composed mainly of trainers and experts in training activities. Justice experts will attend these seminars to combine training actions to EU justice cooperation contents and to offer a complete training session to the EU attendees.
Trainers Forum (TTF)
To favor the development of a wider and faster network among trainers and their EU counterparts, EJTN has invested in technologies and launched, in 2009, a virtual platform: the Training the Trainers Forum (TTF) is hosted on the EJTN website. This has been further developed in 2012 by adding new functionalities.
TTF members are EU trainers and justice professionals aiming to closely interact in the forum through discussion and by the creation of a database of documents to enhance the exchange of training practices and methodologies.
2013 ACTIONS:
The 1st TT Seminar will concern the following topic "Specialised modules on continuos training" and will be held on 9th and 10th July at the German Judicial Academy in Trier (DE).
