EJTN recommended training curricula

The EJTN training curricula aim at contributing to the development of a genuine European judicial culture, based on diversity of the legal systems of the Member States and unity through European law in different fields of activity: Criminal law, Civil law, Legal language and Trainers/Methodology.

The EJTN training curricula are fundamental documents of EJTN, which help govern the design and planning of training activities for EJTN's members. The curricula were adopted for the first time at the Ljubljana General Assembly, and they are updated annually by the thematic  sub-groups of the Network.
