This study visit, comprising presentations and, if possible (depending on the Court’s agenda), access to a hearing, is aimed at updating the participants’ knowledge of Human Rights issues and at offering them tools to meet the mandatory requirements in terms of respect for these rights as soon as a case file starts to be compiled.
