This training course has a threefold purpose:
- To raise magistrates’ awareness of the fact that social precariousness, poverty and social, economic and cultural exclusion can be seriously detrimental to the dignity and fundamental human rights of any human being.
- To explain how the response of the judicial system can, in turn, lead to social exclusion.
- To provide possible solutions to break this vicious circle, starting from the practice of judges and prosecutors. (close)
