INITIAL TRAINING INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION THIRD EDITION
Bucharest, National Institute of Magistracy 22nd - 26th September 2008
The National Institute of Magistracy of Romania (NIM), in close cooperation with the Portuguese Centro de Estudos Judiciários (CEJ), will organise the third edition of an international event especially addressed to trainees of all European judicial training institutions and schools.
This event will last for one week and will follow a competition format on the following four subjects:
1- International cooperation in criminal matters
2- International judicial cooperation in civil matters
3- Interpretation and application of the ECHR
4- Magistrates’ ethics and deontology
The project beneficiaries are trainees from all training institutions that are members of EJTN and/or Lisbon Network.
This event has the support of the Council of Europe and its Lisbon Network. It has also been approved as an activity addressed to initial training in the EJTN framework.
